Remote Life Insurance Agent – Whole Life & IUL (Former Educators Welcome)

Redding, CA is home to a thriving healthcare and professional services community — and the Engbrecht Agency is seeking patient, people-first communicators to serve families in this region with permanent life insurance solutions. This is a 100% remote, work-from-home position; you'll work from wherever you choose while serving the Redding area and beyond. It's a commission-based 1099 role focused on whole life and indexed universal life (IUL) products.

What you'll actually do

• Reach out to prospective clients and begin conversations about permanent life insurance options
• Listen carefully to each client's situation before explaining how whole life or IUL coverage works
• Walk clients through policy options clearly and accurately — no jargon, no shortcuts
• Help clients complete their applications and follow each one through the underwriting process
• Use provided scripts and participate in structured call reviews to keep developing your skills
• Show up for weekly team calls and meet regularly with your 1:1 mentor
