The Engbrecht Agency is hiring remote insurance professionals to serve the Glenwood Springs, CO area and beyond. If you close deals for a living — cars, real estate, wireless, or home services — we're looking for proven sellers ready to move into 100% remote, commission-based 1099 life insurance sales. This is a remote, work-from-home position. Same core skill set. Work that means something long after the sale.

What you'll actually do

• Follow up with people who've already raised their hand for coverage information
• Schedule and run protection conversations by phone or video — fully remote, no office required
• Listen first: understand a family's situation before you ever mention a product
• Walk clients through options that fit what you heard, then complete the application together
• Stay with each file through underwriting until the coverage is actually placed

Who this is a fit for

• Experienced closers from car lots, real estate, wireless retail, or similar high-volume fields
• People already comfortable on commission who know how to build and work a pipeline
