Life Insurance Sales Agent — Former Educators Welcome (Remote, 1099)

The Engbrecht Agency is hiring life insurance sales agents to serve families across Evans, CO and beyond. This is a remote, work-from-home position — you'll work 100% from wherever you choose, contacting prospective clients and guiding them through their coverage options on your own schedule.

What you'll actually do

• Contact prospective clients who have requested information about life insurance coverage
• Open and guide conversations about a family's protection needs — clearly, without pressure
• Explain whole life and final expense policy options in plain, honest language
• Help clients complete their applications and move them through the underwriting process
• Follow up consistently — good service doesn't stop when the application is submitted
• Participate in weekly team calls and 1:1 mentorship sessions as you build your practice
