This is a 100% remote, work-from-home position — you'll work from wherever is right for you while helping families in your community protect what matters most.

What you'll actually do

• Contact prospective clients and open honest conversations about final expense coverage needs
• Schedule and hold calls to understand what each client actually needs — no script-reading robots
• Explain available final expense policy options clearly and without pressure
• Help clients complete their applications and walk them through what comes next
• Review your calls with team feedback to keep getting sharper
• Attend weekly team calls and meet regularly with your assigned 1:1 mentor
