What you'll actually do
- Reach out to people who've already asked about life insurance — not cold prospecting lists
- Schedule and run remote conversations to understand a family's situation before presenting anything
- Walk clients through coverage options that fit what you've learned and help them apply
- Stay with the file through underwriting so the family knows where things stand
- Use available scripts and call reviews to keep your approach sharp
