What you'll actually do

• Contact Spanish-speaking prospective clients who have requested information about term life coverage
• Lead full coverage conversations in Spanish or English based on client preference
• Listen to each family's situation and explain policy options honestly, without pressure
• Help clients complete their applications and walk them through what comes next
• Follow up on pending cases and remain a trusted point of contact for the families you serve
• Join weekly team calls and 1:1 mentorship sessions to keep building your skills
