Bilingual Life Insurance Agent – Final Expense (Remote, Spanish-English)

Tea, SD is growing fast, and so are the families who call it home. The Engbrecht Agency is looking for bilingual agents to serve Spanish-speaking families in your community with final expense life insurance coverage they need and understand. This is a 100% remote, work-from-home position serving the Tea, SD area — you'll build real relationships with clients in the language that matters most to them.

What you'll actually do

• Contact prospective Spanish-speaking clients and open conversations about final expense coverage
• Conduct needs conversations in Spanish, making the process clear and comfortable for every client
• Explain available final expense policy options honestly in the language the client knows best
• Help clients complete their applications accurately and walk with them through underwriting
• Follow up consistently and keep every client informed from application to approval
• Join weekly team calls and work closely with your assigned 1:1 mentor at the Engbrecht Agency
