This is a 100% remote, work-from-home position; you'll work entirely from wherever you choose, serving clients across the region through phone and digital channels.

What you'll actually do

• Contact prospective Spanish-speaking clients and open conversations about final expense coverage
• Conduct needs conversations in Spanish, making the process clear and comfortable for every client
• Explain available final expense policy options honestly in the language the client knows best
• Help clients complete their applications accurately and walk with them through underwriting
• Follow up consistently and keep every client informed from application to approval
• Join weekly team calls and work closely with your assigned 1:1 mentor at the Engbrecht Agency
