Work-From-Home Sales Specialist — Consultative Sellers

Our Team is hiring candidates in Fort Lauderdale for remote life insurance sales. Use your experience asking good questions to help families consider coverage without rushing their decision.

What you'll do

• Sell life insurance remotely as a commission-based 1099 independent contractor.
• Help clients consider life insurance in light of their household needs and existing coverage.
• Initiate contact with prospective clients and arrange phone or video conversations.
• Listen to each household before discussing coverage, costs, and policy limitations.
• Ask about household needs and existing coverage before discussing a policy.
• Explain relevant limitations and costs, including when a client decides that a policy does not fit.
• Help clients complete accurate applications and follow their cases through underwriting.

Qualifications

• Experience discussing customer needs before recommending a product or service.
• Willing to explain tradeoffs clearly and respect a client’s decision not to buy.
• Hold the required state life insurance license before selling coverage.
• Communicate clearly by phone and video, including when a client decides against buying.
• Organize appointments, client notes, and outstanding follow-up without constant supervision.
• Understand that sales activity and completed applications do not promise a particular income.

Compensation

This is 1099 independent contractor work with commission-based pay. No salary or hourly pay is provided. Earnings depend on individual production.
