Work-From-Home Sales Representative — Build Your Own Practice

In Mexia, TX, our team is hiring remote sales representatives to help families secure life insurance coverage. This is a 100% remote, work-from-home position based on commission, suited to self-directed candidates comfortable building their own client relationships on a flexible schedule.

What you'll do

• Reach out to prospective clients and schedule remote appointments by phone or video
• Learn what each household needs and what they can afford before presenting any coverage options
• Explain policy choices in plain terms and work through the application together with the client
• Track each pending case through the carrier's review process and keep clients informed while it's in progress
• Record appointments, notes, and follow-up tasks in the CRM as they happen
• Stay current with carrier products, state insurance regulations, and compliance standards through ongoing training

Qualifications

• A state life insurance license — or a plan to complete licensing before your first client appointment
• A computer, reliable home internet, and a dedicated phone for conducting remote meetings
• Comfort managing your own daily schedule without direct supervision
• Able to explain policy details clearly to people who have never purchased life insurance before
• Consistent follow-through — most clients need more than one conversation before making a decision

Compensation
