Work-From-Home Sales Advisor — Client Service Professionals

Our Team is hiring candidates in Batesville for remote life insurance sales. Bring your experience listening to customers and resolving questions to conversations about family protection.

What you'll do

• Sell life insurance remotely as a commission-based 1099 independent contractor.
• Help clients consider life insurance in light of their household needs and existing coverage.
• Initiate contact with prospective clients and arrange phone or video conversations.
• Listen to each household before discussing coverage, costs, and policy limitations.
• Check what a client is asking before explaining coverage choices or next steps.
• Keep accurate notes so clients do not have to repeat important details at every conversation.
• Help clients complete accurate applications and follow their cases through underwriting.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, account support, or another role handling client questions.
• Prepared to move from resolving service requests to conducting licensed insurance sales.
• Hold the required state life insurance license before selling coverage.
• Communicate clearly by phone and video, including when a client decides against buying.
• Organize appointments, client notes, and outstanding follow-up without constant supervision.
• Understand that sales activity and completed applications do not promise a particular income.

Compensation

This is 1099 independent contractor work with commission-based pay. No salary or hourly pay is provided. Earnings depend on individual production.
