Our Team is hiring for remote final expense life insurance sales. Help families understand their choices through patient explanations and organized follow-up.
What you'll do
- Sell life insurance remotely as a commission-based 1099 independent contractor.
- Help clients consider coverage for funeral costs and other expenses left to their families.
- Initiate contact with prospective clients and arrange phone or video conversations.
- Listen to each household before discussing coverage, costs, and policy limitations.
- Break down unfamiliar terms and invite questions before a client makes a decision.
- Adjust your explanation to what each family already understands about coverage.
- Help clients complete accurate applications and follow their cases through underwriting.
Qualifications
- A background in teaching, counseling, client service, or other work requiring clear explanations.
- Patient with questions and willing to explain something more than once.
- Hold the required state life insurance license before selling coverage.
- Communicate clearly by phone and video, including when a client decides against buying.
- Organize appointments, client notes, and outstanding follow-up without constant supervision.
- Understand that sales activity and completed applications do not promise a particular income.

Compensation
This is 1099 independent contractor work with commission-based pay. No salary or hourly pay is provided. Earnings depend on individual production. Compensation comes from your own insurance sales to clients, never from recruiting. Ask Our Team about the commission schedule, chargebacks, expenses, and contracting terms before deciding.
