Our Team is hiring for remote life insurance sales. Bring your insurance sales experience to careful coverage reviews and consistent follow-through on applications.
What you'll do
- Sell life insurance remotely as a commission-based 1099 independent contractor.
- Help clients consider life insurance in light of their household needs and existing coverage.
- Initiate contact with prospective clients and arrange phone or video conversations.
- Listen to each household before discussing coverage, costs, and policy limitations.
- Review existing coverage with the client before discussing whether another policy fits.
- Track underwriting questions and explain outstanding application requirements without promising approval.
- Help clients complete accurate applications and follow their cases through underwriting.
Qualifications
- Experience handling insurance sales conversations and following applications through carrier review.
- Ready to discuss current licensing, carrier appointments, and contracting requirements with the agency.
- Hold the required state life insurance license before selling coverage.
- Communicate clearly by phone and video, including when a client decides against buying.
- Organize appointments, client notes, and outstanding follow-up without constant supervision.
- Understand that sales activity and completed applications do not promise a particular income.

Compensation
This is 1099 independent contractor work with commission-based pay. No salary or hourly pay is provided. Earnings depend on individual production. Compensation comes from your own insurance sales to clients, never from recruiting. Ask Our Team about the commission schedule, chargebacks, expenses, and contracting terms before deciding.
