Our Team is hiring a remote sales consultant to help individuals and families review life insurance options and apply for coverage. If you've sold anything — cars, real estate, solar, wireless, gym memberships — and you're comfortable living on variable pay, this role may suit you well.
What you'll do
- Reach out to people who may need life insurance coverage and schedule remote conversations
- Ask enough questions to understand a client's situation before recommending anything
- Walk clients through coverage options in plain language, then complete the application together on a video or phone call
- Submit applications through carrier platforms and track each case until the policy is issued
- Keep client notes and follow-up tasks current in the CRM as you work
- Stay current on carrier products and compliance requirements through ongoing training available through Our Team
Qualifications
- A state life insurance license, or willingness to obtain one before your first sale
- Comfortable running appointments over video or phone — that's where this work happens
- Able to navigate web-based tools: carrier quoting systems, e-applications, a CRM
- Disciplined about follow-up — pending cases need consistent attention, not occasional check-ins
- Experience working on commission or variable pay in any industry

Compensation
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with Our Team. Compensation is commission-based. No salary or hourly pay is provided. Earnings depend on individual production. If this structure fits the way you already work, we'd welcome your application.
