Remote Sales Consultant — Experienced Salespeople

Our Team is hiring for remote final expense life insurance sales. Candidates in Pearland, TX can bring your experience managing conversations and following up on decisions to a different kind of sale.

What you'll do

• Sell life insurance remotely as a commission-based 1099 independent contractor.
• Help clients consider coverage for funeral costs and other expenses left to their families.
• Initiate contact with prospective clients and arrange phone or video conversations.
• Listen to each household before discussing coverage, costs, and policy limitations.
• Manage a pipeline of conversations, appointments, and applications without pressuring clients.
• Reconnect with clients who need more time or information before deciding.
• Help clients complete accurate applications and follow their cases through underwriting.

Qualifications

• Experience selling cars, homes, services, or another product through direct conversations.
• Comfortable with variable pay and keeping a pipeline organized between sales.
• Hold the required state life insurance license before selling coverage.
• Communicate clearly by phone and video, including when a client decides against buying.
• Organize appointments, client notes, and outstanding follow-up without constant supervision.
• Understand that sales activity and completed applications do not promise a particular income.

Compensation

This is 1099 independent contractor work with commission-based pay. No salary or hourly pay is provided. Earnings depend on individual production.
