Remote Sales Consultant — Experienced Agents

Our Team is hiring for remote life insurance sales. Candidates in Sandy, UT can bring your insurance sales experience to careful coverage reviews and consistent follow-through on applications.

What you'll do

• Sell life insurance remotely as a commission-based 1099 independent contractor.
• Help clients consider life insurance in light of their household needs and existing coverage.
• Initiate contact with prospective clients and arrange phone or video conversations.
• Listen to each household before discussing coverage, costs, and policy limitations.
• Review existing coverage with the client before discussing whether another policy fits.
• Track underwriting questions and explain outstanding application requirements without promising approval.
• Help clients complete accurate applications and follow their cases through underwriting.

Qualifications

• Experience handling insurance sales conversations and following applications through carrier review.
• Ready to discuss current licensing, carrier appointments, and contracting requirements with the agency.
• Hold the required state life insurance license before selling coverage.
• Communicate clearly by phone and video, including when a client decides against buying.
• Organize appointments, client notes, and outstanding follow-up without constant supervision.
• Understand that sales activity and completed applications do not promise a particular income.

Compensation

This is 1099 independent contractor work with commission-based pay. No salary or hourly pay is provided. Earnings depend on individual production.
