Bilingual Sales Representative — Remote

Our Team is hiring a bilingual sales representative. This remote, work-from-home position is open to candidates in Dallas, TX and focuses on helping Spanish-speaking families understand life insurance choices and complete applications by phone or video. You'll need fluency in Spanish and English and comfort with appointment-based sales.

What you'll do

• Reach out to prospective clients and schedule coverage conversations by phone or video call
• Ask questions to understand each person's situation before walking through any options
• Explain policy choices in Spanish or English — whichever the client prefers — and complete an application together
• Track each pending case and keep clients informed as it moves through the carrier's approval process
• Log calls, notes, and next steps in a web-based CRM as you work
• Follow state insurance regulations, carrier requirements, and Our Team's compliance standards throughout

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English, with the ability to explain coverage terms clearly in both
• Comfortable running phone and video appointments using a reliable computer, phone, and internet connection
• A state life insurance license — or the ability to get one before working with clients
• Consistent follow-up habits and the ability to manage several open cases at once
• At ease discussing financial decisions with families and asking the right clarifying questions

Compensation
