At-Home Sales Representative — Business Owners

Our Team is hiring for remote life insurance sales. Candidates in Campbellsville, KY can use your experience running a business to organize client conversations, follow-up, and the responsibilities of independent insurance sales.

What you'll do

• Sell life insurance remotely as a commission-based 1099 independent contractor.
• Help clients consider life insurance in light of their household needs and existing coverage.
• Initiate contact with prospective clients and arrange phone or video conversations.
• Listen to each household before discussing coverage, costs, and policy limitations.
• Plan prospecting, appointments, and case follow-up with realistic time for each.
• Discuss lead sourcing and business expenses with the agency before committing to a sales approach.
• Help clients complete accurate applications and follow their cases through underwriting.

Qualifications

• Experience managing customer relationships or daily responsibilities in a small business.
• Comfortable evaluating commission terms, expenses, and chargebacks before accepting contractor work.
• Hold the required state life insurance license before selling coverage.
• Communicate clearly by phone and video, including when a client decides against buying.
• Organize appointments, client notes, and outstanding follow-up without constant supervision.
• Understand that sales activity and completed applications do not promise a particular income.

Compensation
